Could Methotrexate Cause Pins And Needles In Hand And Arm?

I am taking Methotrexate 12.5mg per week, For the last month or so I have been wakened by bad pins and needles in my right hand, and a pain similar to the start of pins and needles extending up my right arm. Could this be a side effect of Methotrexate

hello,
it seems like you are suffering from a neuropathy, like carpal tunnel syndrome.
it is more likely caused by your arthritis, than because of methotrexate.
you may go in for a nerve conduction test in order to confirm the problem.
