Hello and welcome to HCM,
Marijuana contains cancer causing ingredients which can lead to development of cancers of various body organs.
Barretts esophagus has a very high chance of developing into esophageal carcinoma.
Consumption of marijuana will increase the rate of development of esophageal cancer many-fold.
Thus, stopping the consumption of marijuana is recommended else the incidence of esophageal carcinoma is high.

Thanks and take care
