Could I Be Having A Heart Attack ?
Okay, so I m 17 years old and the past week I think, I ve been having chest pains. It s usually only when I move a certain way, like if I hunch over or turn my upper body. Today about three hours ago my left arm started hurting, it only hurts when I lift my arm up though and it s by my shoulder/upper arm. I m not exactly the most healthy eater but I eat noodles a lot and I only drink water and I don t exercise but I m really tiny. I ve had chest pains before, almost a year ago and was checked out but I was fine, I had chest x-rays and blood tests done. I also have major anxiety , I ve had it for about 6/7 months and I m on medication daily for it. I know it s rare for teens to have them, but it is possible. So could I be having a heart attack or could it be anxiety/stressed related?

It does nt looks to be heart attack. At least from the kind of complaints you have put across.
I may be one of the complaints due to your anxiety. Gastric problem, muscular problem, may be respiratory and least likely heart related.
