Could Dermadew And Tri-0 Bloc Help To Treat Pimples On Face?

Hi, My skin was very clear without even a single pimple. Recently, I have noticed pimples on my face and the skin looks dull, so the dermatologist advised me to use Derma dew soap and Tri O Block cream. Can U help me if this can resolve my skin related issue. I am really very worried on this..

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am afraid that use of Dermadew and Triobloc cream would cure the pimples.
Dermadew cream will help to keep your skin healthy by moisturizing the skin tissue.
Triobloc is skin lightening cream which causes depigmentation and helps to keep your skin fair.
In case you need to take care of pimples, you need to use Clindamycin gel and Retinoic acid ointment by applying on the lesions after washing and drying your face with mild antiseptic face wash.
