Could Abilify, Topiramate And Cipralex Cause Pregnancy Result To Be False Negative?

My period was due around the first of June. It now 16-18 days late. I am on abilify, toperimate and ciperlex for bipolar disorder. Every pregnancy test i take comes back negative. I have even had blood work done and it was negative. I have always been on time with the exception to when I first started my period. I am just wondering if any of my medications would cause a false negative?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be pregnancy but to clear the doubt better to get done the sonography test if this is negative then such irregular menses could be due to hormone changes may be due to age which is not given here, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
