Coughing spell, lower back and stomach pain, numbness around stomach area. Cure for symptoms?

last week i had a nasty coughing spell which caused me a pain in my lower back l/h side also i jumped up quickly which resulted in a pain in my stomach similar to one you would get if doing sit ups it felt like my muscles had seized now when i sit for any length of time my back starts to ache and when i lean forward i get pain in my stomach also the area round the pain in my stomach feels numb

Thanks for posting your query.
You are most likely suffering from acute viral upper respiratory tract infection.
Presence of body ache, cough suggests the diagnosis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist and should go for thorough check up.
You should take proper bed rest.
You should take complete antibiotic course, decongestants, mucolytics , cough suppressants and anti-inflammatory.
Avoid cold drinks and oily foods.
Perform gargles three times in day; a glass of lukewarm water along with a pinch of salt.
