Coughing Foul Tasting Phlegm, Swollen Lymph Node, Sore Throat, Blurred Eyes. Any Ideas?
I have been coughing very thick foul tasting phlegm for 8 weeks. lymph node on chin under right side of my bottom lip but not under the jawline, painfully swollen, My throat got sore today and i have a blister rash on lower stomach/ abdomen. eye sight is blurry, dizzy, confusion, numbness in hands, I am iv meth user, i used meth and ghb 48 hours ago. lymph node got swollen just today. I did not know this cost money....I'm unemployed, laid off, and I'm broke. YYYY@YYYY . Please sir. I think

As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you have told all the symptoms and have not specifically told which are the main complaints. but you can get the routine blood test done along with cytology and acid fast bacilli test done for the early morning sputum. this can give a clue to your complaints.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed.
