Cough, nausea, sensitivity to light, weakness, fuzzy feeling, light green urine. Cause of symptoms?

I have been out of sorts for 2 weeks. It began with congestion and cough , then nausea , light sensitivity, weakness, and a fuzzy feeling. The congestion, cough, and sensitivity are over, but I am still weak and fuzzy. Now I just noticed that my urine is light green, not yellow. ( before this started I was with my brother who had just returned from Haiti)
