Cough, headache, sore sinus, chills, body ache. Taken Advil

Hi my 15 year old came down with a small cough about 3 weeks ago, it s since turned from a tickle to a full blown hacking type wet cough. She complains of headaches which she takes Advil for, now her sinuses are sore and she has chills with body aches, mainly behind her knees, back and stomach , she also has been unusually tired. Common cold? Or something else ?
