see,apallo group of hospitals in bangalore,delhi,mumbai are said to safe&medium cost.manipal center in bangalore is also one.wokhard hospital,mumbai is also good.but costs high,i heard ahmedabad it costs around 3-4 lakhs&postoperative cost of rs10000/-per month also to bear.gaft vs host (HLA-compatibility) vl be done before tranplantion,wheather,your immune system doen't overreactive againist graft(doners kidney).costly but best suitabel for those who av been suffering from ESRD(end stage renal disease).all the best.
