Continuous stomach pain, blood in urine, low iron. History of pancreatitis and celiac disease. Cause?

I've had chronic stomach pain for over a year. I've had endoscopies including one with ultrasound. The diagnosis was severe pancreatitis and celiac disease. However, I have no symptoms of either. I went to get another opinion and the new doctor discovered blood in my urine and low iron. I am a 65 year old male in otherwise good health with a good diet. What could be going on here?
