Continuous Stomach Pain, Blood In Urine, Low Iron. History Of Pancreatitis And Celiac Disease. Cause?

I've had chronic stomach pain for over a year. I've had endoscopies including one with ultrasound. The diagnosis was severe pancreatitis and celiac disease. However, I have no symptoms of either. I went to get another opinion and the new doctor discovered blood in my urine and low iron. I am a 65 year old male in otherwise good health with a good diet. What could be going on here?

hi,
thanks for using health care magic.
i think u might have coeliac disease as u r symptoms explain it.

it is better to go for serum markering for bladder ca. as it is painless hematuria and mostly in elderly age.to rule out.
