Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello doctor,
Thanks for your participation in Health care magic,
Present complaints and investigation findings are suggestive of "tension headache".....
Hot water fomentation followed by upper cervical spine mobilisation and manipulation (atlanto-occipital joint and atlanto-axial joint).... Then Myo fascial release technique (MFR) and gentle stretches to neck extensor muscles, sternocleido mastoid muscles (SCM)..... IFT (interferential therapy) and continuous mode ultrasound therapy...... Craniosacral therapy is one more advanced technique can be tried out....

Above physiotherapy treatments would definitely be beneficial for this case.....
wish a good health for your patient.....
