Continuous High Fever After Delivery, What May Be The Cause For This ?
hello, My sister-in-law delivered a baby boy 12 ago. She is B-ve and the baby is O +ve. and after a week she got high fever and she visited nearby dotor and taken a course of antibiotics. but still it has not reduced (103 degree) please help us doctor and what may be the cause for this

You should get her admitted in the hospital.She needs a full work up.Has she taken the ANTI D immunoglobulin?She needs blood tests like Malarial parasite,cbc,typhoid,urine test etc.Take her back to the obstetrician also to check the wound site.
