Hi welcome to Healthcare magic forum. There is reason , you must either be hypertensive caused you to fall, or there is head injury of concussion type, or may be a fracture of minor type. How ever it is a thing to be considered, i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to take M.M.R, r.b.s and other routine tests for confarmation.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recommendations as avoid taking more of spices, chillies, junk foods, oily foods, and hard to bite foods.
take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, sea foods, fruits , juices, and dry fruits to increase blood, general health, and resistance to common infections.Wishing for a quick recovery, and thanks for calling.
