Continuous headache, eased a bit with bowel movement. Started after eating chocolate with almonds. No relief with benadryl. What can be done?

I had a light headed headache in the center of my forehead after eating some chocolate that may contain almonds or peanuts. I took some benadryl but it didn t help. Then I lost my voice the next day and my headache continued. I felt a little better after making a bowel movement but it s the second night and I still feel the same headache.
