Hello myason.shadang,

I can understand your concern for the symptoms that you are suffering. You are very young to have chronic fatigue. It seems your general health is not fine. Your immunity level is also affected due to which your discomforts are increasing.

The swelling in the cheeks could be due to improper dental hygiene. You may have dental carries. You need to visit a dentist, get clinically examined and treated. Change brush after 1 or 2 months, use antiseptic mouth wash, floss your teeth, maintain good oral hygiene. Sometimes swelling can be due to mumps or infection. Consult a doctor and get properly treated.

Fatigue at your age can be due to hormonal problems, anemia, hypotention ( low blood pressure ), psychological problems or genetic factors. It can also be due to lack of exercises, lifestyle, improper eating habits. Your doctor should de-worm you. Eat home made, fresh substantial food, avoid junk and oily food. Perform exercises and yoga under an expert.

You should have a "Masterhealth check up" get diagnosed and treated before your situation gets complicated. Have a good day, take care.

Hi,
This symptom of continous fatigue and extremely low weight for post 10 years, mainly show the general condition of yours. It is important that you take care of your general condition apart from taking multi vitamin and anti oxidants. If you are taking care of your proper diet and a good life style, even than if this condition is there, than I think you require a proper check up to make the diagnosis of your condition.
I would sugest you to have a consulation with doctor for the poper check up of you all systems, with some important investigation to make sure the cause of this problem, only after that it can be certain regarding the casue for your continous fatigue and extremely low weight.
Thanks and take care.
