Hello, thanks for the query to H.C. M.
I would like to say very clearly that our own eating habits and nature of living style are responsible for these type of burps, bloating, gastritis, sore mouth, indigestion etc.
Please don't take it otherwise because this is not personal matter for you but in whole of the world most of peoples are sufferers of these type of disease.
Reasons are,
1. Hectic hurried life.
2. Tension,
3. Stress
4. Strain,
5. fried food,
6. Over eating.
7. Sedentary life
8. Alcohol
9. Workaholic
Keep one thing in the brain that at least you have to rest 2-3 hours after each principal meal so that stomach can secret its enzyme properly which helps in digestion of food.
So , if you want to get rid off these burps, bloating, hyper acidity either change your's habit or you have to use medicines.
Antacids are the best remedy but take these after consultation with a doctor.
Good luck . Dr. HET

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You need an endoscopy (Oesophago Gastro Duodenoscopy) to exclude hiatus hernia.

Psychological counselling can help - burping in an adult usually does not have an organic cause... It is the swallowed air that is belched out...gas is not produced in the stomach...eating slowly with mouth closed can help...
Pro-kinetic agents and proton pump inhibitors may be useful too...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
