Continued Diarrhea, Bloating, Stomach Pain , Flat, Odd Colored Stools With Mucus. On Gluten, Sugar, Lactose Free Diet. Ideas?

I have diarrhea almost every day for the past month, sometimes up to five times in a day. I've had lots of bloating and stomach pain and very poor appetite. I've been strictly gluten-free sugar free and lactose free since stomach problems started. I've been having very odd colored BM's, white, yellow, orange, green, black. Very flat also and lots of mucus. The other day I had a sudden rush of what felt like somebody poured a glass of cold water right into my stomach and I wanted to use the bathroom and I had a flat, triangular shaped stool. Any idea what could cause this??

Hi, the symptoms suggest that you must be having the amoebic colitis, or diverticulitis, or may be anxiety neurosis.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment, as he will be the person to have insight of the intestinal problems.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily food.
In case of urgency you may have the feeling of the cold water in the stomach and had stools, triangular stool may not have any significance.
