First of all drink plenty of water regularly...as lack of water intake makes stools hard... Have fiber rich diet, say no to fast food...have raisins, banana, lady finger in diet which softens stools... Have a glass of lukewarm water in morning which moves ur bowel.. Walk for atleast 30 min in morning which helps in bowel movement... Have 1 cup curd daily... After following this still ur have d same trouble then u can try liquid laxative ... Liquid
