Constipation, Stomach Pain, Lymph Node In Groin Area, Difficulty Breathing, Rashes On Elbow. Treatment Options?
i started feeling bad about 2 months ago i got really sick i was constipated abd had severly bad stomach aches and my throat hurt i wouldnt eat or anything than i noticed i had a lymph node in my groin area a few weeks later i start feeling bad again and i started having trouble breathing i jus couldnt get that full breath of air i have sores on my head and a rash on my elbow im coughing up mucus now and my lower back hurts and sometimes it is uncomfortable to pee but through all this i have not had a fever and im 17 years old

Hi,
Your problems started 2 months ago when you started getting sick, constipated and bad stomach pains. All this indicated towards some intestinal pathology.
Cough with pain in throat can be due to viral infection or a bacterial one and should have been seen by an ENT Surgeon so that a proper diagnosis and prescription based management could have been give.
We have to solve all the problems one by one.
As for the groin swelling: it is important first to get a proper diagnosis done so that proper management can be done. This is possible by examination, ultrasonography and FNAC if a lymph lymph node is seen to get an exact diagnosis and get treated as per the FNAC reports.
Your Doctor alone can tell you the reasons for coughing up mucus, breathlessness on auscultation and examination of the throat.
May need X-ray of the chest.
All the symptoms do not look to be related hence needs separate consideration and individual management.
