Constipation, small bowel movements, sleeplessness, extreme bloating, flatulence. Taken plenty of water, metamucil. Suggestion?

I am 6 days consipated w/ some very small bowel movements (size of rabbit pellets) and few a little larger. I can t sleep, and am extremely bloated w/ gassiness and farting. I have drank lots and lots of water, taken several doses of Metamucil , taken stool softeners, eat lots of fiber , eating healthy. what do I do now?

Thanks for posting query.
It appears to be due to constipation.
Follow the advices properly-
1.     Initially you may require enema for complete evacuation of your hard fecal material for evacuation of your loaded colon.
2.     Then you can take laxatives
3.     Take more fibre containing food.
4.     Take plenty of water.
5.     Avoid fried and junk food.
6.     Do regular physical exercise
Consult with physician for further proper management.

Thanks for query,
Your rectum is blocked with hard stool.First clean it with finger. Then take glycerine content enema.
Take warm water just a cup fool that will activate your intestinal movements.
This will solve your problem.
