I would like to know easy treatment for my constipation problem (fissures). Cremaffin gives goold results. However, I do not know how many months I can continue this. What are the ointments/Gel which can be applied. What are the food items can be eaten and exercises done. Kindly clarify. Whether free consultation is available. If so, kindly reply.

Welcome to HCM forum

It is better to take fibre rich diet like multigrain aata , brown bread or multigrain bread , lots of green veg like spinach , metthi , beetroot etc

Drink lot of water
Avoid spicy food

You can try lactitol instead of cremaffin once a week but drugs should be avoided and for that activity is required like morning brisk walk for half an hour and drnking a glas of warm milk at bedtime

Avoid sugary foods like cold beverages and fatty foods and preserved foods
Best wishes
