Constipation, Painful Hard Stools Impacting Injuries In Anus. Taking Cremaffin. Healthy Diet. Suggest

Hi, I am 53 old and having problem of Constipation for the last 3 months. Sometimes when I pass the stool in the morning it pains and when passing stool the begining stool is very hard , it impacts injuries in anal. Now, I am taking Cremaffin for the last two months (1-2 spoon) but I am not sure how long will not have any adverse impact. Just for information, I always drink half to one liter of water every morning before passing stool. My diet and daily routine are as under:
Morning - Drink water 500 ml to 1000 ml., walk and small exercise. after motion, one tea without sugar around 7.30 am. Breakfast at 8.30 am One chapati (multigrain), little veg.Sabzi and Dal. 10 am. tea w/o sugar. 1.00 pm lunch 1 chapati (multigrain), 1 Katori Sabzi, 1 Katori Dal, & Curd. 3pm Tea without sugar, 6.30 Tea and some biscuits or small portion of Namkeen. 8.30 pm Dinner Rice/Dal or Khichdi or Pulao. 11 pm sometimes cold milk in Summer, Hot milk in Winter but without sugar.
Please advise.

Hi,
Thanx for writing.
Well first of all plz increase amount of fluids upto 2.5 to 5 litres.
Include some fibre in ur diet.we generally prescribe isabgol husk or benefiber powder with water.u can consult ur doctor for other brand.
Exercise a bit and take 2 cups warm water in morning.
Increase a bowl of salad and fruits with fibres .
That all shud work
