Welcome to HCM.

Pls consult any nearby doctor to get a medicine prescribed called suppository and get the same from the pharmacy. keep 2 of them in the motion passage inside and it will open up.

To prevent constipation---

1. Take high fibre diet
2. Banana and chikoo everyday.
3. Plenty of water atleast 4 litres daily.
It is good not only for the kidneys but also for the bowels.

General Surgeon Dr. Grzegorz Stanko's  Response

Thank you for the query.

The reason of such symptoms may be intestines inflammation disease (Crohn`s disease, ulcerative colitis), IBS, anal fissure or even colon cancer. There is a slight difference between severe constipation and intestines obstruction.
You should not wait any more as the reason may be very serious. You should have abdominal ultrasound, fool blood work and colonoscopy.

Hope this will help.
