Constipation, Chronic Problem. Taking Cremadiet, Movolax, Samproz L, Some Relief. Recurring After Stopping Medication. What Should I Do?

I have been constipated for more than 8 months. Doctor prescribed me the following medicines cremadiet,movolax,samproz l,fibotab,cintapro,evion Bowel movement was good. I continued the medication for 15 days and later i stopped. After i stopped the constipation problem started. Kindly advise me what food should be taken and what should not be taken.

Hi,

Chronic constipation needs investigation more than the medication or the diet. YOu should meet a Gastroenterologist.

General diet precautions include home food only rich in fibre. It includes green leaves, whole grains, all vegetables. two fruit a day.
