Constipation, Bloating And Frequent Urge To Urinate. Cure For Symptoms?

HI, I am constipated a lot. I will go but never really clean out but once a month and when i do its so painful and i am so bloated and i cannot move until i am half way done. I have a frequent urge to urinate, many times in 30 min. sometimes 2 times within 10 min. There is a pressure in my lower abdomen and my back. I only notice this after i have cleaned out my intestines.

Constipation and frequent urination , sometimes twice within 10 minutes.
Let me explain you.
No doubt you have constipation , so usually this is not due to full intestine movement and bulky food as banana , rice etc .
So for this may be due to wrong habit of intestine evacuation.
So when you feel stool is at the opening of anus than defecate it , otherwise don't strain as this develops many problems as hemorrhoids & fistula in anus.
Plenty of fluid, high fiber diet , salad all these helps in constipation.
Still constipation than get 1-2 tablet of phenolphathelin ( chew) .
Urine this is not due to any disease but due to TENSION & ANXIETY .
Remote chance , get in blood for sugar level.
Consult and get counselling from a psychiatrist and your both problems will be solved.
