Constipation, Bloated, Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Acute Pancreatitis, Cervical Loop Treatment

Hi I have not had a bowel movement for over 4 days, i am bloated, gained 1 stone in weight, have stabbing pain the in right hand side abdomen, lower back pain, and pain when running/jogging etc. I had acute pancreatitis in December 2011 however following scan there was no obvious cause and was discharged and I recently had cervical loop treatment following CIN2 on my smear. Could you help please?

Hello.

Thanks for writing to us.
Severe constipation can cause the symptoms of abdominal pain, Feeling of heaviness, weight gain, etc. You need to have a laxative or an enema for symptomatic relief. Once you pass the stool, many of your symptoms will be relieved. You can drink plenty of water and high fiber diet.
