Constant Yellow Discharge, Burning While Urinating, Red Bumps On Genitals. Taken Zithromax Injection. Cure?

Hi about a week ago i started experiencing a yellow constant dripping discharge ... i went to my ob and he gave me a shot of zithromax and uti meds now today a little over a week later still having same symptoms. My dkctor says all tests were normal and not to worry. It burns when i pee still annoying drippy discharge (no smell) and ive noticed two little red bumps?

1. because you went to your 'ob' it's presumed you are a female??
2.you haven't mentioned your age?
3. is bacterial vaginosis ruled out?
4. are you sexually active?

take norfloxacin 400mg twice daily + paracetamol 500mg thrice daily for 7days :)
