Dr i was working as lab technician in tamil nadu , india
my regular patient had urinary track infection for the past few year lastly in microbial culture we found that he had klebsialla and second time after blader cleaning we found pseudomonas infection but still he couldnt recover the infection problem .
what should i do to takecare of my patient.

it is very hard to get rid of pseudomonas infection of urinary tract.klebsilla infection can be treated with fluroquinolon ,but to treat the pseudomonas infection u need piperacillin ,carbenicillin group of antibiotic ,do u have cuture and sensitivity test.in the report try top find the spc is sensitive to wich antibiotic group with mic minimum. trat the patient with that antibiotic .o.w eradication of pseudomonas infection difficult.
