Constant Twitch In Thumb When At Rest. 19 Weeks Pregnant. What Could It Be?

3 days ago I woke up with a twitch/ tremor in my thumb that is almost constant when at rest but does not twitch/tremor when in use. It is especially bad at night when I am trying to sleep, happening every 5 secs almost rhythmic. I am 34 years old and 19 weeks pregnant. Very worried that something neurological is happening.
