Constant Pains In Lower Chest Area After A Car Accident. Is It Normal ?

I had a car accident on Friday night, i was hit by a lorry from behind in a very small car. My airbag failed to deploy which resulted to my only restraint being my seat belt. Since the accident I have been getting pains in my lower chest area which feel very similar to indygestion, the pain is constant and is extremely painfull. Is there any explanation for this or could this be normal?
