For the absence or presence of vomiting, sensitivity to light /sounds, loss of consciousness, weakness of legs/hands , duration of headache etc are very important for the diagnosis of certain condition. Based upon the data you have provided the possibilities are 1. migraine 2. if the duration of symptoms are very less , a possibility of occipital epilepsy.
