Constant dryness in mouth, dull aches on lower stomach, lower back, dizziness and fatigue, drained voice, bloated stomach and belching post eating, lack of concentration. Had a stressful month. Remedy?

Hello, for the past couple weeks, I have noticed my mouth is constantly dry even after a huge glass of water. My lower stomach is twinging with dull aches, sometimes by lower back. When i press into mu intestine it feels tender. My head is spinning and I am exhausted constantly. My voice is drained and sounds gravelly. Every time I eat my stomach bloats and the loud gurgles are embarrassing. I have had a huge six months with itinerate speaking and travel, I ve had constant need to push myself. I have a quiet (in comparison) few weeks before I go to Mexico. I cannot concentrate too long without feeling drained.

Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. You are right. You were throughh a lot of stress recently and this could be a mild form of Post Trumatic Stress disorder (PTSD) though in your case there is no trauma but stress. Anyhow it could just be stress disorder. All the symptoms you mention are common for stress disorders.

What you need now is relaxation for atleast a week. I suggest a vacation to a place where you should be free from stress nd you can enjoy, preferably with your family. Let us forget the stress of life and suggest self that we are in this earth for being happy always.

After coming back from vacation, you should feel much better. Then visit a psychotherapist and get advice to streamline life so that you are not stressed in the future. Yoga and meditation can also help. I shall provide you psychotherapy tips if you desire so.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
