Constant burping, throat burning, weight loss, all tests normal, took antacid, no relief. Advice?

Sir i am 32 years old from past 5 months i am suffering from constant burping daily with throat burning and drastic weight loss previously i was 90 KG now i am 63 KG all the tests bloos stool urine thyroid is normal but recurrent problem is killing me from inside particularly after 2 hours of food i get burping hindered of tines with burning sensation if i after take antacid and pp2 inhibitors my metabolism has disturbed a lot please please advise

Hi there,

Significant weight loss from 90 kg to 63 kg is of concern. Most likely you are suffering from gastritis/ulcer/acidity related problems . A course of Pantocid 40mg once a day for 2 weeks might help. However, it is mandatory that you get an upper GI endoscopy done to rule out other pathologies.
