Constant And Irritable Stomach Pain Daily

Hello, for about... i'd say 7month now i've been having constant stomach pains daily. Every day my stomach feels bloated, and I forever feel i need to release gas one way or the other. Since this has been occuring i have been needing to break wind all the time, and if i dont the pain amplifys. My toiletry habbits over these 7 or so months have also not been good. I constantly either have diaherra, or it simply isn't solid, I apologise for being so descriptive. I've looked online, and found such things as IBS, H. Pylori, and stomach ulcers. I haven't been to the doctors due to embarrasment, and it feels personal, but it's been so long now, and so irritable that it ruins my day to day to day life. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou so much for your time. Joe Carr

I have had similar troubles. Although I (and my dr's) have yet to figure out what my issue is there are a few things that have helped me with the digestive/bathroom end of things. I started a parasite/colon cleanse that can be purchased at most health food stores. Within 4 days of the 21 day program the diaherea and loose bowel movements stopped and returned to normal. Also, at the same time I started taking a probiotic. BioK is the one I chose. (the health food store should carry this also) I started with just a Tbsp a day for the first 3 days then moved up to 1/2 container. It has helped alot also. I still have stomach discomfort though, the only thing that gives me even a little relief from this is a back adjustment (or rib head adjustment) from my Chiropractor, and also taking homeopathic drops for anxiety. I have noticed slight improvement with the stomach with this. Good luck!

Hi
You should not be embarressed as this helps us understand your problem better. since you are having these pains for 7 months now it is imperative that you go and see a doctor. You might be having a small ulcer. Since you have flatulence it stretches your stomach wall and the ulcer causes pain. I would advise you to urgently consult a gastroenterologist and get an upper GI endoscopy done to rule out any ulcer and also an H.pylori test done. These are controlled if detected at the right time. For the meantime you can start Pantaprazole 40mg daily in the morning before food, but please consult a doctor.

Hi.. You may have to change your dietary habbits.. Include plenty of vegetables which contains plenty of fibres.. Restrict alcohol consumptions.. Diet containing plenty of calories, spicy food may aggravate the symptoms, hence have to be restricted..
