Consistent Stomach Pain, Normal Ultrasound And Blood, Urine Tests. Which Food Products Should Be Avoided?

Hi Doctor, I have stomach pain in the left side for last few months, done ultrasound blood urine all tests. Doctor has given me ulgel, ston 1, zurig 40, pantocid, and to keep my BP normal i take Nebi 5. Can you please suggest me some remedy. Also what are the food products i should avoid. Hello,

* As per the description, issue sounds to be related to gastritis or else.
* Guidelines at present

- consume more liquids in sessions.
- prefer a bland, vegan diet
- avoid all spices, nonveg, junk foods, oily, dairy fat items
- avoid aerated drinks, commercial beverages, alcohol if consuming
- continue current medications.
