Consistent period post testing after depo shot. Is this normal?
I got the depo shot to last me three moths, until i went back and got tested to see if my essure was working properly. I have had an on going period ever since then (Over a month). Is this normal? Is there anything i can do to stop it? How long will it last and how long will it take to get this shot completely out of my system???

A depot is a injectable contraception .
Effect lasts for 3 months.
Inter menstrual bleeding is one of the common side effect of depo.
It will normalize after 3 months. Nothing to bother.
However, if bleeding is heavy and continuous, you need to consult your Gynecologist .
