Concussion After Hitting Head, Hands Tingly, Numb, Had Vertigo, Whiplash. Will These Symptoms Go Away?

3-1/2 months ago I fell and hit the back of my head. I was diagnosed with a concussion. If I lost consciousness, it was only for a moment, but my hands went tingly and numb for less than 30 seconds. I had vertigo when I was lying down and moved my head such as when I turned over. That stopped after 2 months. I did see a chiropractor because I seemed to have whiplash and he helped with the pain in my neck and back. I saw him for about 3 or 4 weeks. Starting about 2 weeks ago, I started having occasional tingling in both hands when I moved my head. I've pinpointed it now to when I look down. Will this go away like my other symptoms or do I need to see a doctor or chiropractor?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Of course this will also go way with the time, you need to do little exercise of neck or say cervical spine, you can have advise from physiotherapist, it is not a big problem will come around with the time, have nice day.
