Concerned Due To Chest Tightness Experienced Followed By Breathing Problem And Tingling In Fingers.

I exprerience tightness in my chest on right side Sat. for almost 25 minutes i had to breath it through. then tonight the following friday i have experienced tingling in my fingers on my left hand should this be a concern for me . I have had that kind of chest pain before due to aniexty before but it never lasted taht long. thanks

though in asthma there is chest tightness as well as in other obstructive lung diseases but from this single symptoms nothing can be said specifically
u also had tingling on ur fingers
this is also a non-specific symptoms
i think u may have anxiety neurosis
take a trial of alprazolam 0.5 mg and pantoprazole 40 mg for 2-3 wks
then follow up ur symptoms
if persists then think otherwise
btw ur smoking history is also important here
ur blood sugar status need also be taken into account
if symptoms persists after 3 wk u should then undergo following tests-
complete hemogram, FBS, PPBS, FT4, T3, TSH, ELECTROLYTES, CHEST X-RAY, ECG, PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST
looking for any abnormality
other test if required to be decided latter on
