Complete Hysterectomy Done. Fluid In Culdesac With Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination. Medical Help Required?

I had a complete hysterectomy 4 years ago but I have a lumbar peritoneal shunt and a recent ct scan showed a significant amount of fluid in the culdesac and I ve been extremely nausious with abdominal pain and frequent urination should I seek medical help?

The presence of fluid in cul de sac can be due to a reactive fluid collection or an infection in the area. The frequency of urination and other symptoms that you have need to be investigated to detect the cause.
