Colitis, Feels Tired, Hard And Soft Bowel Movements

hello i am 23 and recently been told I may have very early colitis . I have been given medication for that and the course is now finished. I am not bleeding at all now but my stools vary from hard to very soft. I also feel tired all the time and appear very pale. I am worried I might have something else which the doctors are not diagnosing. I have asked to go for just a check up every three months.
