Cold, sore throat, pain behind ear, painful to touch, swollen lymph nodes. Should I be concerned?
Hi there,
I currently have a cold, and also had a sore throat but it has subsided now. I woke up today with a pain behind my ear and noticed a bump. It is "painful" to the touch. After some research on the internet, I realize that it could be a swollen lymph node.
Should I be concerned? What measures do I take next?

hi.. thanks for using HCM.. you are having acute pharyngitis/?tonsillitis.. leads to painful cervical lymphadenopathy.. see your ENT specialist for the examination.. need to take antibiotics/ analgesics.. salt water gargling, steam inhalation helps.. all the very best..
