Hello and welcome to HCM,

What is your age and sex?
The presence of pain, redness, loss of movement of hand and fingers is suggestive of some vascular and / or joint problem.
These problems are more common in females.
You need to undergo a couple of investigations to come to correct diagnosis.
Raynauds phenomenon is a disease process characterized by constriction of blood vessels in response to cold. The fingers change in color from pink-pale white-blue in color.
Medicines which dilate blood vessels are given in this condition.
Joint disease associated with deformity of the fingers is called Rheumatoid arthritis.
Certain tests especially RA factor has to be done to come to correct diagnosis.
However, clinical examination is required for further management.
So, consult your physician for examination, relevant investigations and treatment.

Thanks and take care
