Cold, get extreme tiredness after sleeping, increasing headache, poor concentration, fuzzy hearing due to pressure differences. Cause?

Hello, I am a young male aged 23. Recently getting over a cold but i find myself extremely tired after sleep, with a increasing headache the more I try to concentrate in university. Also, I have changing pressure differences in my left ear that cause my hearing to be fuzzy in the left ear if i m listening to music at a reasonable volume even without headphones. I play american football so I believe i am quite active. YYYY@YYYY

I went through your problem description. You are vey active guy aged just 23 and reasonably young. You are also active at your university in your studies.

You had an episode of flu. But flu might not interfere with your concentration after it is cured. Flu is surely tiresome. During the episode of flu, tiredness, morning lethargy, body pain, low concentration etc accompanies, as you are aware.

Your problem might be stress associated with university work and studies. Alongwith the flu episode, the stress might have doubled and that might be reson for your current state. Therefore just don't be anxious. Current state of mind and stress might pass over after a week or so. Keep active. Have nutritious food to regain the vigor and vitality.
