Cold, Fever. Taking Medication, No Improvement. Suggestions?

Hi,
Hi I am Umesh from India.
I have 10 months daughter and she suffering from cold/cough n fever from last 4 days.
I visited one of pediatrician and currently the subscribe below medicine,
Brufen Junior - 4 ml- every 6 hrs if temperature exist.
Advent syrp - 2.5 ml - 2 times
Mit's Linctus-DX-2.5 - 2 times.
Still my daughter is not recover and her cold and cough are as it is. Also her fever is aroud 101.8 in complete night though we are providing medicine on time.
Can you please suggest if is thr any good medicine to quickly recover from all these.

thanks for posting query .
your daughter is suffering from respiratory infection .
high grade fever with cough , difficulty in breathing . high respiratory rate and noisy breathing if all present than she might be suffering fron pneumonitis which is common with young child .

1 . u should consult to your doctor again.
2 . get blood examination CBC to find out the infection status .
3 , as there is no relief from these medication antibiotic should started .
4 . give paracetamol + ibuprofen syp .
5 . give amoxy clav syp .
6 anti allergic syp .
7 . salbutamol inhaler for that nebulization is best one .
8 . at home steam is good option for 3-4 time .
for drug dosing consult to your doctor .

greetings
is your baby passing urine and stool normally and taking oral feed properly.if yes thn continue with medicines prescribed and wait for one more day sometimes viral infection continues for 5-6 days and in such cases no improvement in seen with ususal medicines and baby become fine by itself.if no thn plz have an expert consultation.
