Cold, Dry Cough, Chronic Condition. Taking Phensedyl Cough Syrup, No Improvement. Continue Same Medication?
HI My name is XXXXXX, male : 29 yrs old. I am suffering from Cold and Dry cough for more than 3 weeks. Presently am taking Phensedyl cough syrup 2 teaspoon in the nights for the last 2 days. But there isnt no much improvement. Should i have to continue the same medicine or would recommend any other best medicine for my problem ? thank you.

Hi
Your cold and cough are most probably due to infection in sinus.
For this cough syrup alone is not enough.
You will need a course of antibiotic and nasal decongestants (drops and tablet).
So please consult GP or an ENT specialist.
