Cold And Dry Cough. On Antibiotics. Chest Tightness. Pulled Muscle?

I have had a cold / flu , recovered, but then felt like it had gone to my chest I have a short dry cough I have been on antibiotics now completed but still have the cough a sort of tight feeling in my chest and what feels liked pulled muscles between my shoulder blades and torso it is not acute but weird I am 46 and generally quite well

Welcome at HCM.

With cough & cold it looks to strained muscles at your back.You should apply warm fomentation there.Do saline gargles.You should also take a good muscle relaxant for relief.
