Cold And Cough Starts In Evening, Giving Ovol Drops, Nasal Drops, And Menthol. Is It Common Cold Or Dust Infection?

hi, my baby 4 months having cold and coughing since 2days...doctor given omol drops, nasal drops, and menthol . At night the coughing is little worse.. in the day no cold and cough.. in the evening it starts.. so can u tell me the reason is it common cold or any dust infection?

Common cold is common in babies. It may take some time to subside. You can try to minimize exposure to dust as much as possible. If the baby is feeding well and smiling there is no need to worry. If fever increases, baby is not able to feed well or looks sick please take the baby to a doctor immediately,
