Coarseness and redness on sides of labia minora. What could this be?On the sides of my Labia Minora is a little red. I have taken a mirror to look down there to see what it was. It is not bumps but more like small rectangles of coarse raised skin; when you rub your fingers over it its not very smooth at all. what could this be? it doesnt hurt and it doesnt burn at all but the feeling of it is very hard and rough. it can be described as like the feeling of taste buds on your tongue those have a little rough feeling if you scratch those.
