Hi there, your description clearly shows the lumpy and rubbery swelling on your face is due to the underlying tooth abscess that is draining in the adjoining areas and is chronic. such type of drainage may spread into spaces of neck. you may have reactionary fever and lymph node enlargement.Visit a dentist soon and get the tooth removed if it is that worse. 5 day antibiotic and analgesic course of medicine will subside the facial swelling and oral conditions, if all is well a root canal treatment can save your tooth. wishing you quick recovery.

It is not normal for a tooth decay to cause external discharge unless the tooth is so abscessed that it id pointing out through the cheek. In this case there will be a swelling , redness, limited mouth opening and tooth ache involved. Meet your dentist and they will check the tooth as well as take an x-ray to see if the tooth is causing the issue..sounds like acne

Thanks for asking the query,

After reading your clinical history i suspect that due to chronic infection in the tooth had lead to abscess and swelling of the face, such type of infection can spread to the adjoining spaces of the neck so need to be treated fast.
Visit the Dentist soon and get the checkup done take the x-ray of the tooth, depending upon which it can be extracted or RCT treated.
Take a complete course of antibiotics and anlgesics.
Take warm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash rinses.
As the abscess will be drained the facial swelling will subside.

Hope this helps out.

Hello & welcome
if pimple you noticed is associated with that grossly decayed tooth than no doubt this may be due to tooth abscess.
for confirmation you have to visit your dentist for a check x-ray.
And if this tooth is associated with infection than either go for RCT or extraction as soon as possible, because such type of infection can easily get converted in to space infection.
thanks & take care

Thank you for the query.
Swollen area with a huge lump underneath cannot be ignored . Discharge from pimple indicates formation of a sinus tract from the infected tooth which is draining . I suggest you to get an x-ray done and rule out the underlying infection . if not it might be a cystic acne
